Statewide numbers are useful context. Your next decision should also consider comparable properties, condition, pricing, and recent activity around the specific home or area.
If You’re Buying
Compare the homes in your price range. Ask about their condition, time on market, and how each one fits your budget and priorities.
If You’re Selling
Review the properties buyers will compare with yours. Discuss preparation, showing feedback, and whether the current asking price fits those alternatives.
What This Means For South Georgia
The figures above are statewide; they do not establish market conditions in Tifton, Fitzgerald, Albany, or a specific county. For a local conversation, share the city or property address, property type, and price range you want to understand.
